Sanita came highly recommended as a legacy specialist who understood the challenges charities are facing with legacy marketing and how important this income stream is for the Hospice. We worked with her on a staff engagement piece and she suggested we run a telemarketing campaign to our donors. We agreed to work with her and QTS. We contacted QTS about running our very first legacy telemarketing campaign and were delighted that they work with Sanita Guddu on creating bespoke legacy campaigns based on both of their expertise. Due to lack of capacity in-house, we were grateful Sanita was able to take on many elements of the campaign that needed to be planned and executed. We’ve been so impressed with the way that it was all brought together.
It was also fantastic to have Sanita’s legacy expertise. Sanita even spent a day visiting our services, talking to support workers and the young people we support, so she could integrate the content into the caller training that she developed and then delivered. The callers were exceptional at engaging our supporters and we listened to some lovely conversations.
Sanita and the QTS team smashed all the targets. We had a 27% legacy conversion response, we doubled our ‘considerers’ target and our pledger target. Based on our conversion rates we believe this campaign could bring us over £800,000 in future legacy income. Telemarketing is now in our legacy programme to stay.
